Man Jumps from 11th floor of Cruise Ship balcony, Issued with A Life time Ban from Royal Caribbean

People do love some kind of adventures during their fun trips and specially youngsters cherish it a lot. But sometimes the upshot ends with a bad experience too. Last week an instagram post by one Nick Naydev of Vancouver, Washington, weighed on him heavily. He  jumped off a cruise ship in the Bahamas and has been issued with a lifetime ban form Royal Caribbean International.

Last week Naydev posted one video on Instagram  showing him standing on the balcony of the Symphony of the Seas and jumping off. The video captioned, “never felt more alive,” with an additional information that he jumped from the 11th-story deck which is more than 100 feet (30 meters) above the  surface of the sea.

After the incident, Naydev says,  he and his friends had to evacuate the ship and fly back to Miami. Though the jump bought him some sore for few days, he escaped any serious injury.

Considering the case extremely dangerous, a Royal Caribbean spokesman confirmed the lifetime ban and the company is also exploring legal action against Naydev. The spokesperson worded, “The attempt was stupid and reckless behaviour; Naydev and his companions have been banned from ever sailing with us again. Further we are exploring legal action.”

With the capacity of accommodating 5,518 passengers, Symphony of the Seas is featured with 18 decks with a total height of 238ft.

In another case, earlier this month a 16-year old boy died after falling from the eighth-floor of Harmony of the Seas while trying to reach his bedroom from the balcony of the next-door cabin.
