The novel coronavirus outbreak started in central China in December, but it has now spread to 77 other countries and territories across the world.
As of now in total, there are 92,880 confirmed cases and at least 3,200 deaths worldwide. Though China remains the country with the highest number of infections with mainland China recorded more than 80,200 confirmed cases and 2,981 deaths.
In a statement released on Wednesday by the Custom Authority of Chinat as of March 3, 6,728 international arrivals to China were showing symptoms, with 779 arrivals classified as suspected cases and 75 testing positive for the novel coronavirus.
