IndiGo operations came to a halt; passengers face tough time, long queue on airport counters across the country

India’s biggest domestic carrier IndiGo on Monday said its servers across the country were down. Because of this, passengers traveling on flights of Indigo Airlines are facing troubles. This led to long queue of passengers at the airline counters present at airports across the country.

In a statement issued by airlines said: “Our systems are down across the network. We are expecting the counters to be crowded more than usual. Please bear with us as we try to solve the issue asap. ”

This is not the first time passengers of the airlines faced problem.Earlier this month, IndiGo passengers faced similar issues at the Mumbai Airport due to fault in servers of IndiGo Airlines. In July also, hundreds of passengers were inconvenienced due to the server’s malfunction. During that time, about 63 flights to Bangalore were delayed for more than half an hour.
