5.1 magnitude Earthquake shakes North East India, no casualty reported

Early morning on Monday at 8:19 am , an earthquake jolts the entire northeast India put the normal life there in jeopardize. The epicenter of this earthquake was in Myanmar and its magnitude was 5.1 in richter scale. As per information of the Seismology Department of India, shivers of an earthquake were felt in Dibrugarh, Dimapur Sadar, Imphal, Silchar and Nagaon. However, no damage to the public property and any casualties have been reported by the local administration till the report was written.
