The Department of Health responded to a video which went viral on social media.
A video which has been doing the rounds on social media recently has elicited a response from the Department of Health in Dubai.
In a statement posted on their Instagram handle, the authority denied rumours that an Emirati man has been denied entry to the UAE after traveling to Thailand for medical treatment.
The authority pledged citizens that the video was absolutely false and tainted what really happened.
“The health of our citizens is our top priority. We make sure that they can access all levels of medical assistance should they so require.
“We want to make sure our citizens are happy, healthy and well cared for.”
