Zen Cruises’ maiden cruise will sail in Indian waters in 2019 on a 70,285-ton, 2,000 passenger ship. The ship currently in service under a leading cruise line globally and sailing as the Pacific Jewel.Its final cruise will be on 24 February 2019 under this name.Then it will be renamed as ‘Karnika’ and will launch its first domestic sail from Mumbai under the brand name ‘Jalesh Cruises’ in April 2019. The Apollo Group will run an array of onboard operations that includes guest services, food and beverage, house-keeping, payrolls, vendor management and revenue collection,public health, among others.
Zen Cruises is also working together with Inchcape, a global shipping service provider to endow with quality and hassle-free port experience, shore excursions, Visa and immigration facilities.
To offer onboard high-street retail therapy from international brands, Zen Cruises joined hands with Harding Brothers & Flemingo as part of its alliance.
