To remember the 150th birth commemoration of Mahatma Gandhi, that happens to be in 2019, the Culture Ministry of Gujurat govt has set up a rundown of 32 activities. All the government offices are in process of preparing for the spectacular event and getting ready with their proposals, as reported by a senior authority of the government. As per the proposal a Gandhi gram is going to be inaugurated at the Kumbha Mela that is to be held at Allahabad from January 2019 – March 2019.
Like all other ministries the Tourism Ministry is also intending to initiate all its foreign offices to promote activities that are related to Gandhi in their localities . It likewise plans to hold events at the tourist places to which the Father of the Nation, is related, especially in Gujarat.
